We are please to provide this facility and whilst we have attempted to make it as safe as possible, the very nature of children's play means that accidents can occasionally happen.
We cannot therefore accept any responsibility for injury or damages to children or clothing whilst using this play area.
Parental Supervision is essential as there is no supervision by our staff

• All children must be accompanied by an adult and vice versa
• Parents / Guardians are responsible for their children at all times
• remove shoes before entering the play area
• Socks to be worn at all times
• Arms and legs should be covered
• All jewellery, watches, badges and sharp objects should be removed before play
• Children with glasses or contact lenses are asked to take particular care
• No food or drink (including sweets & chewing gum) is permitted in the play area at any time.
• Disruptive or destructive behaviour is not allowed. The management reserves the right to ask a child or parent to leave for any reason
• A child with obvious recent injuries or who is clearly unwell may not use the play facilities.
• Parents / Guardians are asked to accompany their children to the toilets.
• Dizzy's Den does not take any responsibility for any losses or damages or theft of articles or possessions.
• Dizzy's Den does not accept any responsibility or liability for loss or injury of any nature caused through misuse of the equipment or lack of parental supervision.
• CCTV cameras are installed to monitor the safe play of the children.
• Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises.
• No Smoking is permitted on the premises at any time.
